The Fiescherblick will consist of 17 unique and unusually spacious one to three bedroom apartments in the charming village of Grindelwald, Switzerland.
The apartment building has been sympathetically designed in Chalet style to fit seamlessly with the hotel and the surrounding area. At the same time, the existing hotel will be renovated to create an 18 bedroom boutique hotel of the highest quality and property owners will have direct private access to all the hotel facilities, including a gym, luxurious spa and swimming pool.
Each owner will be able to create their own bespoke interiors, using the projects interior designer, in keeping with the general feel of the building. The stunning Fiescherblick hotel will be completely renovated and all owners of the apartments will have direct access to the hotels concierge services and leisure facilities. The luxury boutique hotel will manage and maintain the apartments whilst owners are not in residence.
The resident hotel manager, Mr Johannes Brawand, will manage the Fiescherblick service. The Brawand family has managed the Hotel Fiescherblick for over 100 years and have always been known for their friendly and professional approach.
