PURE International has offices in Europe, North America and the Middle East where we service our clients. Across the group of companies we cater for investors, holiday home buyers, holiday makers, individuals and businesses looking to relocate to Switzerland.
PURE has offices in Switzerland since 2005 with a combination of English and Swiss personnel. Being on the ground has enabled us to marry our understanding of the requirements of an international client with the local knowledge that is vital to ensure you have the best advice and outcome.

ORIENTATION
We offer a tailored one day trip to help identity the area in which you wish to relocate to. We will familiarize you with the local residential areas, schooling options, key amenities and transportation systems.
One day program includes:
• Pick up from hotel/apartment
• Introduction to practical and cultural aspects of life (housing, schooling, healthcare, insurances, banks etc
• Visiting suitable residential areas
• Visiting circa 3-4 sample properties

SCHOOLING
Choosing the right school can be a difficult and daunting task, especially in a new country where the schooling system may be different. We will give you with a "Schools Guide" that will provide you with an overview of the best international schools in the region but recognise that this alone cannot communicate the culture of the school for you to determine whether it best suits your children.
We can put you in touch with, and arrange to meet ex-pats, who have already gone through the experience and can share their knowledge with you. We will provide you with full schooling options.

We will identify the most suitable properties before your visit and get your approval on each property we intend to view. We will accompany you on the viewings and be able to offer our expert opinion and advice. We work exclusively for you and will use our experience and leverage to ensure that you secure your new home for the best possible price. During our 3 day program we will visit a minimum of 10 pre-approved properties.
